How We Work

1. Requirements

Once we receive your initial enquiry and have a clear understanding of the basic details of your project, we will provide further information and, where possible, an initial estimate. If you choose to proceed, we will arrange a phone call, video consultation, or, where suitable, a site visit to discuss your proposed extension in more detail. Throughout this stage, we work closely with you to understand your ideas, preferences, requirements, and budget.

Our experienced Design Consultants will also review your existing property to assess its appearance, available space, and any potential challenges. We will discuss materials, styles, layouts, and dimensions, while offering guidance and recommendations to help you visualise the possibilities for your project.

2. Design

Next, we will arrange an informal, no-obligation meeting to present the available options, supported by design visuals where appropriate. During this visit, we will take site measurements, photograph the area, and discuss materials and finishes in more detail. You will also receive a customised quotation. If you choose to move forward, we will arrange a further meeting to finalise the design of your selected glass extension and complete the required paperwork.

3. Planning

At this stage, we will introduce you to our specialist building partners and architects who will be involved in delivering your project. They will carry out a detailed technical survey of your property and the proposed site for the extension. The architect will then prepare plans for your conservatory or glass extension and advise whether planning permission or building approval is required—although this is not always necessary. If planning permission is needed, they will manage the paperwork, submit the application to the relevant planning authority on your behalf, and keep you updated throughout the process.

With significant experience in obtaining planning approval for listed buildings, we can work closely with the appropriate authorities to help secure permission for your project. Once the plans are completed and any required approvals are in place, we will arrange a start date for the construction of your Clc Home extension.

4. Build

As with any construction project, a certain amount of disruption is unavoidable. However, our team works carefully to keep dust and debris to a minimum, making sure the site is left clean, organised, and secure at the end of each day. For your convenience, the team will use their own portable toilet facilities, meaning they will not need to access your home.

Once your project has been scheduled, we will provide a clear timeline outlining working hours and an expected completion date. Throughout the build, our team will keep in regular contact to ensure everything is progressing smoothly and meeting your expectations.

The build will start with removing any existing structure and preparing the foundations for your new extension. Once the project is complete, our cleaning specialists will carry out a full valet clean, ensuring your new glass room is spotless inside and out. We will also conduct a final inspection to make sure everything meets our high standards and confirm that you are completely satisfied with your beautiful new extension.

5. Aftercare
